Become A Patient

**You will not be charged for anything during the patient enrollment process. If, at any point we speak about and agree to start a subscription, it is only at that point you will be charged. If you have a telehealth visit or come in for a visit, and are not on a plan, we will charge for the individual visit at the time of the appointment.
