I’m Dr. Melissa Moore and I’m a Board Certified OBGYN and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon.
I’m also a wife and mother who finds interacting with a broken health system to be a maddening experience. I decided to leave the world of corporate medicine because I know I can do better. I want to move healthcare from the corporate model to the personal model because women deserve good patient care and good customer service.
If you are tired of unreturned phone calls, endless forms to fill out, never being able to talk to a human and never being able to see your doctor when you have a problem, we are here for you.
Instead of continuing to try and fix a broken system and meeting nothing but brick walls, I decided to take a giant leap and create something completely new. I designed Advanced GYN and Wellness around the patient experience. Our goals are to respect your time, offer price transparency on all services and spend the time it takes to create a personalized healthcare plan to meet your individual needs all with direct access to your doctor.
If you are looking for a new member for your healthcare team, I am excited to partner with you. Our goal is not just to check a box, but to help you achieve the best health possible. We don’t think this can be done in 15 minutes once a year, so we are here to offer you another option. We offer appointments that are long encough to help with coaching, lifestyle change, wellness discussions and most importantly helping you achieve health, not just chronic disease management. Advanced GYN and Wellness is a gynecology and primary care practice designed to serve women who want to live their best life with their best health in the Conway, Myrtle Beach, Murrell’s Inlet area of South Carolina. We believe that good care involves personal relationships so we invite you to get to know us!
What We Offer
A space for women to get the care they need from a doctor they know and trust. Our goal is to provide extended appointments scheduled for 40-60 minutes with little to no wait time with same or next day availability for urgent needs. We want to meet all your women’s health needs under one roof by providing comprehensive care with a focus on wellness that fits in your schedule.

At Advanced GYN and Wellness you can call/text/email your doctor 24/7. You will get your doctor and a straight answer in a timely fashion. We want to form a team with our patients and that means two way communication. By addressing small problems quickly, we avoid big problems and keep you going!
Radical Price Transparency
At Advanced GYN and Wellness you can be confident about the price you will pay. We offer flat rate monthly memberships or individual appointments. Either way, the price is on the website. We can provide low cost labs and medications with upfront pricing so you never get a suprise bill. We just think this is the way health care should be done.
